[Fitts’s law] application icons have a 1 pixel wide, non-clickable margin

Bug Description
This happens for both Dockbar and DockbarX, using latest Ubuntu Lucid (though I think it does not matter).
There is a 1 pixel wide, non-clickable margin between the edge of the screen and the application icons. This means that you have to stop the cursor before you reach the edge or move a bit back if you’ve reached it.
