doc8 doesn't complain D001 for lines without blank spaces

doc8 doesn't complain D001 for lines without blank spaces, which actually exceeds length limit, for example:

thisisaquitelonglinecomposedwithcharactersbutwithoutblankspacebutdoc8doesn'tcomplain

The line above will pass doc8 test. I don't expect this issue should be fixed, since in real world we rarely write docs in this way, raising here simply because it may reveal some sort of issue in the code.
