Gnome Do pointing to non-existant broken links in Gnome Menu

Bug Description

In the process of moving around some files in my system, I accidentally created some broken links in the Gnome Menu. I have subsequently removed those broken links, but Gnome Do seems to still point to them and I can't open those apps via Gnome Do.

I wish I could be a bit more specific about this bug, but I'm not sure where I should go to get logs or config files to see exactly what is going on. I should mention that even if I change the name of the link in question, it still isn't found. Also, this is a non-package managed file that I custom installed.

Hi, Do gets its information from .desktop files located in ~/.local/share/applications/ and from /usr/[local/]share/applications. When you edit a file in the GNOME menu a copy of that .desktop file gets maid in ~/.local/share/applications/. I would check in there for .desktop files with the broken Exec= lines. Also, I assume you're restarted Do?

That seems to work fine. Yeah, there were a bunch of broken links in there.
