Cannot start gnome-do

Bug Description

I used to have this software start automatically during startup of my desktop. However, today it doesn't work. I tried to run via terminal and I got this error messages:

(/usr/lib/gnome-do/Do.exe:4509): GLib-WARNING **: g_set_prgname() called multiple times

(/usr/lib/gnome-do/Do.exe:4509): Wnck-CRITICAL **: wnck_set_client_type got called multiple times.

In my desktop, there is blank spot in the left top corner, may be it has something to do with this software (see attachment).

I added the error messages from "gnome-do --debug" here:
