Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-do
Possibly only affects dual monitors (ati)?
Steps to repeat:
open totem (movie player) on the screen where docky is not
move the mouse so docky appears
observe it appears below any open windows, and won't come forward even when clicked
This behavior continues after the fullscreen window is closed

This bug is probably caused by the same thing as #351333 but I'm not sure it is the same bug.
docky appearing over the top of e.g. a fullscreen video would actually really annoy me, but if there are 2 monitors and one has a fullscreen window, and docky is on the other screen, it will still appear beneath all other windows.
This is definitely a bug, #351333, not so sure. But I guess I'll leave that up to you :-)
