Bug Description
I am a user of KDE 4.2 and am very happy with Gnome do. However, the following two items are bothering me:
- When starting up Do it asks me for a Gnome keyring password, even so, I haven't used/created one.
(can this be aware of working without a password, or DE check: KDE?)
- The 'start Gnome Do at login' feature doesn't work under KDE 4.2
Thanks for your feedback.
Have you enabled any Google plug-ins which require you to enter a username and password? I find that this is what prompts me for a gnome-keyring unlock when I use auto-login. As a result, I have disabled those plug-ins. Perhaps a future version of Docky will work around this issue, like Network Manager did, but I suspect that the real problem here lies with Seahorse and its annoying insistence to make you enter your password to unlock the "login" keyring whenever you use auto-login.
