Bug Description
When there are only 4 or 5 results in the results window, the list should not scroll. Right now, there is room to show 5 results, but when moving through the items in the list, it looks like the scrolling function tries to always keep the highlighted item in the middle of the window, ie: 2 items above and 2 items below.
When there are only 4 or 5 results, scrolling past the 3rd makes the top item in the list disappear. If there's room to show all of the results without scrolling, then the list shouldn't scroll.
** I already brought this up with DBO, just reporting so it doesn't get forgotten or lost.
<cszikszoy> the results list window is 5 results long, corect?
<patricrawley> Yes
<cszikszoy> i mean, it has room to show 5 results
<DBO> yes it does
<cszikszoy> when I have only 4 results in the window
<cszikszoy> scrolling down to the bottom one will hide the top result
<DBO> yeah I know, it does a scroll
<cszikszoy> intentional?
<cszikszoy> why not just show them all and not hide any?
<DBO> unintentional
<DBO> sometimes the code takes on a life of its own
<patricrawley> it does that with 5 too
<cszikszoy> patricrawley, yeah, i would imagine that it would
<cszikszoy> DBO, not that it's a major issue, just thought it was a little odd
<DBO> it is
