SilvadLCMSLayout and dLCMS Subject and @@print_version and slides.html

My comments to these points:

1. I have intensionally allowed the @@print_version only for whole Learning Units. IMHO there should only be one printable version for the whole Learning Unit. But this may be discussed. Technically, changing this shouldn't be a big problem.

2. No! The navigation shall not point to contents outside a Learning Unit, e.g. the parent subject. This is because of content packaging export of Learning Units to an external LMS. A Learning Unit shall not have any link to the dLCMS environment outside itself in an LMS context.

3. I completely agree.

Let's follow Samuel's proposition then.
Samuel, we still have to fix wether this issue shall go to Infrae ot to someone else. Let's decide that together with a check through the other issues and then set up a list of the issues, for which we have new work for Infrae. Once the list is established I'll trigger a new official request.

Could Yves work on this issue? Lately, he has been the main developer of SilvaDLCMSLayout.

Of the original 3 items only the third should be dealt with:

- slides.html should have a link in the layout similar to @@print_version for Learning Units and Sections.
