Bug Description

Could be handy to be able to add nicks for common IM protocols. The ones that empathy supports are:

Facebook
Google Talk
Jabber
AIM
GaduGadu
Groupwise
ICQ
IRC
MSN
mxit
MySpace
qq
sametime
silc
Yahoo!
Yahoo! Japan
zephyr

ok, all the back-end work for im nicks is basically done, I just need to setup the new-contact dialog to allow adding nick fields. In order for that, I think I will implement the "Add Field" button to the bottom of the dialog, as per Dan.
