No longer contains any info about Debian-based packaging

It seems that developer.ubuntu.com has been changed to a Snappy-centric page, despite the existence of e.g. the Ubuntu Packaging Guide and other resources which still are part of Ubuntu's development process, making the subdomain name a bit misleading (if it's going to be a Snappy page, it should be under a more appropriate domain name...).

Please at least add a link to the Ubuntu Packaging Guide on developer.ubuntu.com.

Additionally, it's a bit misleading that the main Snapcraft social media links are there, but there's no Ubuntu social media links.
