Broken Links on Snappy gadget snaps page

Bug Description

Hi,

Happened to notice that following links on the "gadget-snaps" page (https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/snappy/start/gadget-snaps/ ) are broken. There is an extra "." at the end of each link which is breaking it :

1) "Beagle" : https://github.com/gumstix/snappy.

2) Duovero : https://github.com/gumstix/snappy.

3) Pepper : https://github.com/gumstix/snappy.

4) Panda : https://github.com/gumstix/snappy.

The URLs are imported from uploaded snaps. The parser needs to be cleverer about autolinking the URLs.
