Bug Description
Given bug 1565639, I think it'd be good to add a test_all command, which runs all tests, both in a sqlite and postgres environment. If we don't do this regularly, bug might sneak in, which break stuff.

Another option would be to do all of our local development with postgres, so we're closer to what we're using on staging/prod.
David/Michael: opinions?
