2 delete boxes appear for images if the form is cleared

Bug Description:
Currently if you add an incorrect video link then the form is cleared but you see 2 delete boxes for the screenshot like the screenshots have been saved even though it is actually empty.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create an app
2. On the displaying you app page
3. Fill in the icons
4. the screenshots
5. add an incorrect video link
6. Submit the page

Expected Result:
The page should be either completely reset or contain all the info that was added, currently it looks like some is saved and others aren't.
