Bug Description

Bug Description:
Currently the screenshots in request a change are fullscreen which means scrolling left, right and down and possibly back up to see what changes have happened, it would be better if they were the thumbnailed versions that you see in the overview page.

Version:
Django 1.3
Python 2.6.5 (r265:79063, Apr 16 2010, 14:15:55) [GCC 4.4.3]
preflight 0.1.1
SCA 12.02.3; r575
openid 2.2.1
pkgme-service https://pkgme-service.canonical.com/pkgme/api/1.0 {'version': 'r59'}

OS:
64bit Oneiric

Browser:
FF 10.0.1

Problem URL:
https://developer.staging.ubuntu.com/dev/apps/589/changerequest/56/

Steps To Reproduce:
1. As a reviewer goto the page above
2. Note the size of the screenshot

Expected Result:
I expect to be able to see at a glance what has changed this isn't currently available in the current implimentation

Screenshots should be scaled down when the're uploaded to some reasonable size, and displayed at the size that's going to be shown to the user.

In the specific case of the change requests, just the small 400x300 thumbnails should be enough.
