Bug Description

Bug Description:
Currently the wording for adding a comment in the feedback page makes it sound like you need to click on the button first in order to add a new comment. (see attached screenshot)

I think it is better to reword this to Submit Comment or Send Comment this seems less confusing and infers clicking post typing comment.

Version:
Django 1.3
Python 2.6.5 (r265:79063, Apr 16 2010, 14:15:55) [GCC 4.4.3]
preflight 0.1.1
SCA 12.01; r518
openid 2.2.1

OS:
64bit Oneiric

Browser:
FF 9.0.1

Problem URL:
http://devportal.razorgirl.info/dev/apps/95/feedback/

Steps To Reproduce:
1. goto the link above
2. do you click the button and wait for a new comment dialog or add text to the box and then click the button

Expected Result:
Button names should give an idea as to what order you are expected to press things in.
