Bug Description
Today I went to package a commercial app and found it contained only a text file, with the following contents:
"the "tar.bz2" versions of my app are not included here because i tried uploading the resulting 530 MB package on your website 5 times and it always, failed, most often with this error: http://
please make a proper upload procedura via (S)FTP available."
Also included was a link where I could actually download the package.
This is not the first time I've had the upload process break an application - sometimes it will cut off mid file, without error message, causing a tarball with missing files to be on the server apparently fine.

I'd be surprised if bug 760434 wasn't related.
