Bug Description
My pie chart of countries is heavily skewed toward the UK because there's a bot there that downloads every snap package every day. Those are not real installs, and shouldn't count toward any install statistics.

I think every user agent that doesn't match our "snap" tool's should be ignored. It's false to equate web traffic to installation.
One out-of-band download should not count as one install, because it could be used any number of times, from zero to billions. Just drop it.
