Bug Description
I cannot find any way to logon with Ubuntu One:
I have an account online that I can use online in a browser; I can successfully logon to Ubuntu One one the web, I can logon to Launchpad.
However in Ubuntu itself for its Software library it never works:
(1) the same email address and password does not work the system says that I have no account
(2) creating an account fails : "wrong captcha" always (many attempts... your captchas are in fact UNREADABLE, the images are showing very poor quality images it's impossible to discriminate when you put "r", "m","n" or even "i" side by side).
You should really update your captcha image generator (these are just black and white images, which should use grey scales, the resolution is really too poor, characters are extremely deformated and they collide with each other), and most probably your captcha checker has a bug that refuses what seems to be valid.
Your captcha system is completely inaccessible (and there's no alternative with audio captcha),
We should be able to select another system (even possibly the Google captchas based on Google books scans or Google StreetView house numbers, if your own captcha system is broken or down) !
Or we should be able to access with OpenId.
This seems to be a duplicate of Bug #1033598.
