Bug Description
1. Go to <https:/
2. Choose "Submit a new application".
3. In the "Your app" page, enter any sufficient data, and choose "Next".
4. In the "Finding your app" page, click the "Hardware requirements" link text.
What you see: "Requires a mouse" is checked by default.
What you should see: "Requires a mouse" is unchecked by default.
This problem does not occur if you expand "Hardware requirements" by clicking the "+" graphic -- only if you click the text.
This bug is probably polluting the app database similarly to bug 1029301. I suggest fixing both bugs together. Then review all published applications that are marked as requiring a mouse, to see if they actually do.
