Doesn't restrict "suggested package name" to valid package names

Bug Description

http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-controlfields.html#s-f-Source dictates
valid package names, it would be nice if suggested_package_name was constrained
to these values.

(I suspect that suggested_version is also too lenient: http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-controlfields.html#s-f-Version)
