Need to track user name changes in Launchpad

If a user submits an app and subsequently they change their user name in Launchpad, clicking on their username on the MyApps submission ends up with a 404 error.

I'm not sure if the Launchpad API (or Ubuntu SSO?) has any support for this, but it would be nice to track user name changes, as otherwise the connection between the app and the user is lost, and they won't receive any feedback e-mails about app status changes, either.
