Bug Description
This PPA (or a moral equivalent) should have a stub to make it exist for Ubuntu Raring:

Rationale: I don't want to have to put an annoying 404-ing PPA directive into my sources.list.d, and I don't want to have to check up on this or a morally equivalent PPA until the first workaround or bugfix is shipped. I want to set it up now and forget about it.
It seems entirely too rosy that no regressions that deserve fixing on Sputnik will ever occur in raring (in particular, I already have one: my brightness selection is broken).
