No pause button on backups

Bug Description

Backup and restore can take a long time especially fresh ones and sometimes one has a need to pause it and currently the only way to do is to disconnect the network. Not ideal clearly

Just wanted to add that Duplicati, which is another duplicity frontend, has pause and resume. Here is the feature request in its tracker, completed Jan 2010 with a linked changeset, in case it helps with implementation: https://code.google.com/p/duplicati/issues/detail?id=10

Actually, it seems that Duplicati now uses a forked/reimplemented version of duplicity: https://code.google.com/p/duplicati/wiki/DuplicatiBackground
