I was experiencing the same issue on Kubuntu 22.04.2. It ships 22.0.1 mesa version and this bug was fixed on 22.3.0 (as the tag says).

Search for kisak-mesa stable ppa to upgrade your mesa version to 22.3.7, issue is gone there.
