Bug Description

Inkscape 0.92.1 r15371 Win7/64 crashes when trying to ungroup the objects in a SVG file originating from an OpenStreetMap SVG.

The reason for the crash seem to be different from this one:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1657591

@su_v created a reduced file for testing to reproduce the crash.

cite @su_v:
"Attached is a reduced case of that OSM map which triggers the crash on ungroup (AFAICT it is related to pattern fills). The reduced test case can be used by affected users to search the bug tracker for other existing related reports, or to file a separate new report (based on quick tests with archived builds, that regression / crash appears to have been introduced between r14159 (no crash) and r14165 (crash) - possibly it was exposed with the merge in r14160)."

Reproduced on Debian GNU/Linux amd64 stable release (9.6/stretch), with Inkscape 0.92.1 r15371.

Happens with a map I made for my paper (due tomorrow…), which also includes pattern fills.

Crash is consistent on every ungroup.

Error message is:

    (inkscape:4801): glibmm-ERROR **:
    unhandled exception (type std::exception) in signal handler:
    what: basic_string::_M_construct null not valid

    fish: 'inkscape Map_Paris-reduced-4-pl…' terminated by signal SIGTRAP (Trace or breakpoint trap)
