Bug Description
If apt-cacher has been installed but not yet configured or run (AUTOSTART=0 in /etc/defaults/
Subject: Anacron job 'cron.daily' on tj
/etc/cron.
flock() on closed filehandle $lck at /usr/share/

It is trying to lock the non-existent file /var/cache/
There is better error handling code around a similar flock statement in /usr/share/
sub set_global_lock
