Bug Description
QFileSystemWatcher gives that error when too many files are being added.
Then it follows a crash...

They tried to fix this issue with Qt 4.7, with the new QFilesystemWatcher backen FSEvent instead of kqueue...
But there are some bugs on FSEvent API (this should solve Apple)...
