Daisy deployment through GUI does not deploy kolla on pre imaged host

Bug Description
Deployment of kolla through Daisy GUI do not complete till the end. It can Discover hosts, configure network configurations but in the end when pressing "Deploy" it asks "Discard host config " on pressing confirm/cancel the progress bar on gui does not proceed 100% and the GUI status says "Deployed". The horizon dashboard does not reflect successful open stack or kola deployment. Only the Daisy commands work on the command like daisy service-list etc

Currently we are short-handed on the GUi development. I suggest to use GUI only as an status kanban. and use scripts to do deployment in an devops way.
