Bug Description

When tenant id is extracted from request headers, tenant name is placed as tenant id.

    Updating API Context hook header data extraction for context

    Updating hooks to conform to updated keystone middleware
    headers. Project/Tenant name was being persisted in DB instead
    of project/tenant ID.
