crashdc does not work with makedumpfile

Bug Description
The makedumpfile optiont appears to prefix the vmcore directory with the local.host loopback address and the crashdc scripts appear to be looking for the files in directories that start with 2*.
So crashdc is unable to find the vmcore files needed
