Bug Description
Often when I restart my laptop (like 50% of the times) I can not list my
wireless networks. When I do a full shutdown/start up cycle (ie. NOT reboot
from session menu, but full shutdown) the chances of failure a much lower,
although I still see failures here too.
The "normal" error is that I don't see any networks at all, but occasionally
I can only see my neighbour's network and not my own.
If I do a full restart of connmand from the command line things start working
normally again. Also if I wait 5-10 minutes the networks will also show up
automagically.
Attaching the output of a few sample commands.

Mikkel said on IRC that signal strength to his AP is roughly -80 dBm, so not that strong. Maybe this happens just because connman scans show infrequently (every five minutes)?
Can you trigger manual scans with command 'cmcc scan' and see if that helps? Please note that a scan takes few seconds, depending on your wifi card.
