    Replace fixed endpoint config by dynamic in devstack plugin

    Some of the fixed endpoint configs caused errors.
    Magnum and Zun explicitly call for grabbing the API endpoint from
    catalog. Switch all the JSON ingester configs to use API endpoint
    from service catalog to avoid incorrect config.
