Bug Description
TEST CASE:
1. Enable the Resize Info plugin in CCSM.
2. Open a terminal and resize it. Make sure the resize info appears.
3. Now middle-click on the terminal's maximize button to make it vertically (but not horizontally) maximized.
4. Resize the terminal again (left or right). Notice the resize info is now missing.
