Bug Description
See bug #758398
Some clients may refuse to map the window until they receive a message from the window manager indicating
the estimated frame extents of the window. Due to a change in the reparenting code in compiz, unreparented
windows never have their decorations updated, and in turn, will never have their frame extents updated.
Compiz should always set the _NET_FRAME_EXTENTS property on the window if a client requested an estimate
of the frame extents.

This still seems to happen. Can someone confirm, or is it just my code?
