"Filter" input error message is not displayed due to japanese translation mistake

Bug Description
If strings inputted in Filter area is mismatch plugin name, CCSM does not display the error message "No matches found".( japanese message : "何もみつかりませんでした")
this bug is caused by japanese translation mistake. Thus, this bug is not occurred in english.
[How To Reproduce]
1.install japanese language pack and Set locale japanese.
2.launch ccsm
3.input "sssss" into Filter area
[Actual Result]
No error message is displayed. Icon only.
[Expected Result]
Icon and error message "何もみつかりませんでした" is displayed.

Apply attached fix patch
