Bug Description
[How to reproduce]
1. Enable CCSM->Shift Switcher and in "Appearance" tab set Overlay Icon to "Big"
2. Activate the Shift Switcher
[What you would expect to happen]
Beautiful high-res icons should be overlayed with 1/3 opacity on their respective windows.
[What actually happens]
The overlay works correctly, but the icons scaled are very low-res and thus look ugly.

Without the big overlay option the icons still looks a little ugly, since they are already serrated. Could this be looked into, since pretty much any application in the system has big PNG icons or SVG files?
