Bug Description
* Many tooltips show the same info, example: 3x Initiate with the tooltip 'Toggle the mouse pointer trail.'
* Many tooltips just show the same info like the option's title, for example title: Rotation speed, tooltip: rotation speed.
* Tooltips mostly do not offer good explanations, what does 'Particle life.' mean ? A user who hovers an option to read the tooltip expects some valuable additional information from that tooltip.
* Inconsistent style and look of plugin and option titles and tooltips.
* The 'Darken background' option has no visible effect, but this does not belong here, so I've filed another bug reports about that.
