Bug Description

I'm unable to compile compiz with tests on arm. When I try to do so it fails in the configure part.

The full build/configure output from pbuilder is attached.

The truth is I only suspect the -DCOMPIZ_BUILD_TESTING=ON as this is the main difference between jenkins and PPA building (and AFAIK it builds without tests in PPA). If you have issues with reproducing this, please let me know and I'll dig deeper.
