window-decoration and window do not close in sync (decoration disappears first).

Bug Description

I believe this bug/regression has been introduced since branching to 0.9.9 - as it wasn't present in 0.9.8.4

as the title says, the decoration disappears on close before the rest of the window - thus they aren't in sync.

it is most noticable (for me) using gnome-terminal, however - it only manifests on the 1st opened gnome-terminal window - meaning if i have 2 terminals open, only the last terminal's decor and window will close (animation) out of sync. Other apps show similar behaviour - while other apps do not.

This sounds related to the recent fixes to leaks of decoration windows and pixmaps. It's possible that since we're cleaning them up (as we should), the animation is still running after the decoration pixmaps/windows are freed.

I see the same kind of issues with various apps like Chrome, where the window content gets blanked out and looks ugly while the close animation is still running.

@Omer

here is a video, sorry for the slightly late response on this:

I open gnome-terminal twice and both times it produces the out-of-sync window / decoration.

Note: if you have multiple terminals open, it will render in-sync until you are down to the last window or sometimes it will render out-of-sync, if you are on a clean desktop. Other windows also can produce this result too (such as dolphin, nautilus,etc) but it isn't as predictable as with gnome-terminal.

et me know if there is any other information i can provide. You can see my system info, here;

I just updated my 'details' section to reflect my current system information, as well.
