Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
In spread/scale mode (alt-shift-up or super-w) it is hard to navigate through windows with the keyboard arrows because maximized windows have no special highlight (non-maximized windows get a drop shadow and their window decoration enter a focused state). The scale plugin is responsible for this action.

Workaround: Use CompizConfig- Settings- Manager to enable Scale Addons and enable "Draw window highlight" or "Window Title" under Appearance.
