There should be a brief sanity-check on openstack that is newly deployed.

By sanity we mean coverage of compute, identity, glance, cinder, neutron tests as in the old grizzly tempest tests.
For the icehouse release, i am going to employ rally if it can provide more value to those kind of smoke tests.

We need to have a deeper discussion on how to employ the whole "target system health check" mechanism into compass, or even on UI, not just write a cookbook to deploy rally onto client servers.
