This is what it says:
jari@dev-1:~/tmp$ $ sudo apt-get install python-setuptools

Please include the following information with the report:
command-not-found version: 0.2.44
What I'm using here is the default installation provided my Amazon EC2. I used the default version and after running apt-get update/upgrade.

I need two pieces of information to help you:
1) What kind of machine did you use to connect to your amazon instance?
Was it running ubuntu, os x or windows?
2) Could you run the following on your amazon machine:
$ locale
Also, if your machine is either linux or os x, could you run that command on it as well and paste the results to this bug?
