Linux Binary Software downloaded from https://galeracluster.com/downloads/ no longer works

The last 2 versions of MySQL WSREP Linux binary x86_64 Download that I've pulled from https://galeracluster.com/downloads/ have not been working.

This would be both (Release 5.7.32-25.25 & Release 5.7.33-25.25).
The corresponding Replication Libraries however seem to be fine.

First I tried to install using my normal process
1) shutdown one node
2) unzip the binaries
3) restart the node

I get the following error:
 WSREP: Failed to recover position: 2021-05-05T09:43:04.813299-05:00

I've even tried to shut down the entire cluster and start up just one node. Still I get the same error.

This is the exact same process I've been using for years.

Can someone please look into this? I've not been able to perform any updates to the software since October 2020.
