Bug Description
RESET MASTER resets GTID variables and if done on one node only, causes inconsistency with GTID states over cluster. RESET MASTER should be TOI operation, at least when wsrep and gtid_mode are on.

RESET MASTER is now rejected if the wsrep provider is enabled and
gtid_mode is ON (MW-362)
