Bug Description
All enabled tests should be listed in cfg.py as *_opts groups. However, there's no such group for 'cloudvalidation' tests from Fuel Health check. Also, one of the tests from that group (check db free space) was recently disabled by OSTF Team, so it should be got in count too.
An option group should be registered in cfg.py for cloudvalidation OSTF tests.
