Bug Description
The entries for Central US, North Central US and West Central US all use the same item_name "uscc1i3". Additionally, there are no entries for South Central US, although it is an active region, AFAICT.

I believe these should have separate names so that they can be resolved separately. Right now, the fact that item_names are not unique within their version_name means that only one of these Regions can appear for a given version_name.
