'Local' missing in possible channeltype options

It's required to use LOCAL channel type to implement something like immediate call pickup on target phone, i.e.:

exten => 111,1,SIPAddHeader(Call-Info:<sip:domain.tld>\;answer-after=0)
exten => 111,2,Dial(SIP/222)

i've just added it to

pref("extensions.asterisk.channeltypes", "IAX,SIP,SCCP,USTM,LOCAL");

I believe that adding that to mainstream will be good.
