implement some sort of cache for applications menu parsing

Bug Description

I have a really big custom menu which classicMenu indicator has to parse through everytime it starts up. So it needs about 10 seconds for startup, which is ... long. So how about a cache for that? This would then implie a mechanism to track chages in the /usr/share/applications, .local/share/applications menus, OR a preference setting to use the cache or not.

I'll think about that.
