proxy settings dont allow authentication

Bug Description

I am trying to get clamtk working through a web-proxy, but it doesnt ask me for authentication, while proxy requires it.

Yes, this issue has come up previously. The problem is that we need a Perl module "Authen-NTLM" to perform this authentication, but it is not available (in a ready-to-go deb/rpm form) for most Linux distributions. I'm still looking for alternative ways in the meanwhile.
