Bug Description
udhcpc's default timeout is very small.
When booting a cirros image under a libvirt 'default' network the interface does not come up in time.
Need to either wrap udchpc with something more easily configurable or change
CONFIG_
or both.

took the simple approach of just increasing the timeout to dhclient.
